These terms apply when you use the GroceryRun app and website. By using GroceryRun, you agree to them.
What GroceryRun does
GroceryRun helps you build grocery lists, identify products by barcode, compare prices across stores you choose, estimate whether a multi-store trip is worthwhile, and organize your list for shopping. Some features connect to retailer services at your request, such as sending items to a retailer cart.
Prices and product information
Prices, availability, aisle locations, and product details come from retailers and public databases and can be wrong or out of date. Online prices may differ from in-store prices. Always check the price at the store or at checkout. Trip-cost and savings estimates are approximations.
Retailers
GroceryRun is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kroger, Walmart, or any other retailer. Store names are trademarks of their respective owners. When you connect a retailer account or place an order, that retailer's own terms apply to the order.
Your content
Your lists are yours. If you name a product that our catalog doesn't recognize, you allow us to use that product name and barcode in GroceryRun's shared catalog so other shoppers benefit. Please don't submit anything offensive, misleading, or that you don't have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse GroceryRun: no attempts to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, access other people's data, or use it to break the law or a retailer's terms.
No warranty
GroceryRun is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any price or saving shown will be available to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, GroceryRun isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for amounts paid to retailers, arising from your use of the app.
Changes and ending use
We may update these terms or the app. If changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app. You can stop using GroceryRun at any time and ask us to delete your data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
